Storytelling, time spent with loved ones, and experiences over things.

You get to enjoy the day you worked so hard to plan and I capture everything as it happens with little intervening or posing. I’ll photograph your story the way it actually happened.
02
You aren’t just inviting 200 people you kinda-sorta-know. You’ve intentionally chosen a group of your loved ones to share in this experience–they are important. I am hyper aware of how fleeting time is, especially time with those we love most, and will document your time with them fully.
03
Weddings are full of unexpected turns, it’s what makes each one so unique. I bring a calm and grounded presence to the wedding days I document–even if there is chaos. This doesn’t mean I won’t laugh with you or encourage silly moments, but it does mean that you have someone there on your side to always support you and remind you to take a deep breath.
04
All the tiny things that add up to the way your day felt–I’ll be documenting those too. Not just portraits, not just the standard “wedding day shot list” but all those unseen moments and details in between that make your wedding day yours.

Answers to some of the most frequently asked questions.
As a destination wedding photographer, I travel and photograph weddings and elopements all over the world. My favorite places to photograph include; the Pacific Northwest, Alaska, Iceland, the Alps, and New Zealand.
Many couples who are eloping don't have a location picked out when they inquire with me. I have personally scouted locations all over the world and would love to help you find the perfect place to exchange your vows.
My planning help is focused on location recommendations for elopements and portraits. I also assist with timeline creation as it pertains to photos. I have ample advice and suggestions to share on activities, creative detail ideas, and vendor recommendations. For some couples eloping, this is enough.
For weddings–I highly recommend hiring a planner. A wedding planner is an amazing resource for creating a day that’s everything you’re looking for. They can handle everything from a design perspective to managing the ins and outs of the day’s logistics. This means you can relax, avoid stressing the small stuff, and rest assured that every element of your day will be just as you envisioned.
Don’t have a planner in mind? That’s no problem. I have a list of creative, talented elopement and wedding planners that I’d love to recommend to you.
Yes! Multi-day coverage is ideal for couple's including guests in their wedding experience. This enables more of your story to be captured beyond just your ceremony. A welcome party, rehearsal dinner, exploring just the two of you the day before, a fun day of activities unique to your destination with your guests! Your wedding is so much more than just your ceremony and portraits.
Yes I photograph all weddings and elopements on film as well as digital. There is nothing more real, raw, and true than photographing a moment on film. The coloring is true-to-life, it captures it for exactly what it is, unfiltered. You don't have a hundred photos of the same moment to look through, you have a handful of truly intentional frames. This not only forces me as an artist to slow down and be incredibly thoughtful in the way I photograph, but it also provides you with photos of the imperfect, the real, the nostalgic. The feeling these images evoke is unmatched and viewing them is simply everything I want you to have.
A bit more if you're curious–I photograph both 120mm and 35mm. Medium format is my preferred as it is just unmatched for portraiture and creates photographs with incredible rich color and detail. I use 35mm for the more candid and documentary aspects of a wedding day.
I recommend reaching out 9-12 months before your ideal timeframe to ensure availability, especially for multi-day weddings or if you’re planning an international destination. However, I have photographed weddings in as little as 3 weeks notice, so please reach out no matter your timeframe!
